Taught by n a bourke and Inga Simpson, this weekend retreat focuses on developing thrilling crime short stories.
During the weekend we will work with you on one story you've sent in before the weekend - providing feedback and facilitating peer-based feedback on your work - and help you develop a new story from the ground up.
As part of a small group you’ll be guided through a series of readings, discussions and writing exercises designed to help you develop the skills you already have as a reader and writer of crime fiction.
Organic lunches will be provided by Sister Cafe, owned and run by former Jamie Oliver-protege Hayley Robinson.

We can help you arrange transport to and from Olvar Wood, including airport transfers or a lift from the local railway station. There is plenty of parking at Olvar Wood if you choose to drive.
The weekend retreat runs from 5:00pm January 9, until 4:00pm January 11.
