We welcome submissions from writers with something to say. All submissions will be acknowledged within a few days of being received, and either accepted for publication or rejected (sorry!) within a month of receipt.

We publish work in five main categories: New Work, On Writing, Reviews and Toolbox.

We don't have firm editorial guidelines: our focus is on publishing the best work we can find, regardless of genre, content, focus or theme. What we want is writing that sparks. Writing that inspires us.

Like all readers, we are easily distracted by poorly edited or sloppily presented work so please proofread your work carefully before submitting it to us.

Perilous Adventures does not currently pay for submissions.

File Format

Submissions should be either a .doc or a .rtf document.

Please format your document as cleanly and simply as possible. Use 12 point font, put the page number, your surname and the title of your work in the header.
